During Ichigo's fight with Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, she and her Fracción, watching from afar, talk about the battle. When her Fracción begin to question what is going on in the battle, Harribel tells them not to worry about it. She says it is understandable for them to be frightened, for they are witnessing the battle of an Espada in his Resurrección form, and this is their primal fear, which they should value. Wondering if the one he is fighting is truly a Human, for she would never think the volume, concentration, and catastrophic nature of his Reiatsu would be a Human's, Harribel states the battle seems to be more like one between two Espada than anything else. [18] The four common high-speed movement techniques all have subtle differences. Hirenkyaku: When a quincy uses hirenkyaku, it is a far more efficient technique than shunpo in terms of spiritual-energy consumption. Sonido: When an arrancar uses sonido, their spiritual-pressure cannot be detected during the instance it is used. Bringer Light: When a fullbringer uses bringer light for high-speed movement, they are drawing on the dormant spiritual-energy or spiritual-matter in the surface they are standing on, enabling the surface itself to propel them at high-speed. This also reduces the disturbance of spiritual-matter in the surrounding environment to a minimum, making it more difficult for their spiritual-pressure to be detected during the instance it is used. Shunpo: When a soul reaper uses shunpo, it propels them forwards at high-speed, but seemingly without any additional traits.
As the two Espada leave, their departure is observed by Liltotto and Giselle. Liltotto concludes that the Arrancar's destination must be Soul Society, and decides to follow them in the hopes of recovering their allies. [11] Several months earlier, during the Wandenreich war, Gremmy was released from his secure cage deep inside the Silbern. A cage that was personally created by Yhwach himself to contain the immensly powerful and unpredictable Quincy. As Gremmy leaves his prison, he is approached by the one person he notes does not show fear or apprehension for him, the Sternritter Liltotto. As Liltotto exchanges playful banter with Gremmy, she notes her hunger, to which Gremmy uses The Visionary to create several pastries and sweets for her. [16] The Tsunayashiro family are the 3rd revealed great noble family, and they are the leading family of the 4 great noble families overall. Tokinada was only from a branch side family (i.e. the same way that Isshin was from the branch of the Shiba family). The Tsunayashiro family run the Visuals Department, which are a pan-dimensional surveillance network hidden deep under Seireitei. Tokinada recently assassinated the heads of the family, assuming the role of head of the family overall. Specifically, he actually hired assassin to kill himself, but allowed Hikone to kill both the assassin and the heads of the family, all to stage their murder as an assassination. Meanwhile, in the Seireitei, Tokinada senses Grimmjow's appearance as well and summons Hikone. As the healed Hikone guarantees Tokinada that they will not fail him again, Tokinada reveals that he planned for Hikone to lose against the Arrancar so that the child could learn and grow stronger. While Hikone does not understand, the child is nonetheless excited that it did not fail Tokinada's expectations. As Hikone voices the desire to have an equal relationship with Tokinada someday, they are interrupted by the voice of Ikomikidomoe, who seems insulted by the idea of someone like Tokinada being on the same level as his wielder. [9] Ichigo, Orihime, Chad, Uryû, Rukia, Renji, Isshin, Karin, and Yuzu are out of Town in West Japan. Karin & Yuzu got permission from Isshin to visit the 3rd most spiritually-rich ground in Japan. Rukia & Renji later delivered news of trouble in that location. Isshin & Ichigo followed after Karin & Yuzu. Orihime, Chad, Uryû, Rukia, and Renji follow too. The trouble was likely orchestrated intentionally by the villain, to get them out of Karakura Town. Byakuya & Tôshirô are later sent to investigate disturbances in the World of the Living. These characters are not involved in CFYOW outside of mentioning this information.

While Shinji is relieved the child is not hostile, he is still on guard because of the strange and massive Reiatsu Hikone is emitting. Suspicious, Shinji subtly asks Hikone who they work for, as they are not wearing a Gotei 13 insignia, and Hikone answers that they are the retainer of Tokinada Tsunayashiro. [10] Immense Spiritual Power: Even before becoming an Arrancar, as a Vasto Lorde-Class Hollow, Harribel possessed tremendous Reiryoku. [9] As an Arrancar and one of the top four members of the Espada, Harribel is forbidden to release her Zanpakutō while inside the dome of Las Noches, for if she were to do so, her immense Reiryoku would be enough to demolish the fortress. [40] Her Reiatsu is golden-yellow. [41] While Yuki admits that he is terrified, he believes that he can still be of use to the lieutenant and Hisagi accepts his company, alongside that of Shino. While Hiyori wants to accompany them as well, Tessai stops her and explains that he needs her Hollow powers to help open the portal to the Valley of Screams instead. The Arrancar were greeted by Kukkapūro, the Hollow dog, whom they recognized as Yammy Llargo's companion. Feeling what was left of Yammy's Reiatsu, Harribel and the others determined the powerful Espada fought with all his might before dying. They realized the Adjuchas Hollows had detected their presence and would arrive shortly, for they were now able to approach Las Noches due to the absence of the powerful Espada. All four understood it would not be long before the fighting normal to the Hollows of Hueco Mundo would begin again. Harribel became distressed at the concept, for preventing it was her reasoning for joining Aizen, but now it would return, and she could not stop it from happening. Cyan Sung-Sun suggested now that Baraggan Louisenbairn was dead and Aizen was gone, she should rule Hueco Mundo in their place. Franceska Mila Rose and Apacci agreed it would be the best course of action, but Harribel disagreed, stating a fake sun could not bring light to the darkness of Hueco Mundo, and all which is truly needed is the silent darkness. Harribel began to make her way toward Las Noches, with her loyal Fracción following behind. [69] Censorship [ ] Switching tactics, Urahara uses a full incantation Hadō #91 Senju Kōten Taihō on Aura, and although this does leave the shopkeeper slightly winded, it manages to hurt Aura even after she formed the nitrogen in the air into a barrier. While Urahara says he is impressed that he had to use the same Kidō spell he used against Aizen, Aura once again tries to recruit him. Urahara turns her down once again, saying he cannot just make another Hōgyoku, otherwise he would have created one to empower Ichigo Kurosaki. Bemused, Aura cryptically mentions that she knows that it is a lie; as Urahara falls silent, Aura mentions that if Urahara had given a Hōgyoku to Ichigo instead, something very different would have happened [14]
The Soul King's power of The Almighty served as the keystone to separate and maintain the 3 worlds. The World of the Living for humans, Soul Society for the souls, and Hueco Mundo for the hollows. (The remains of the original menos and the hollows that came after, are the sands of Hueco Mundo.) Yet the Tsunayashiro ancestor took things even further still, due to fearing the Soul King's power. First, the Soul King's "Right Arm of Stagnation" and "Left Arm of Progress" were dismembered. Then was his heart, organs, and legs over time. Leaving the Soul King as a powerless lynchpin and slave. While most present believe Shunsui is earnest, Grimmjow is still sceptical and asks for permission to fight Ichigo as a sign of good faith. Shunsui remains neutral on this, and asks the rest what he can do to prove himself. In response, Harribel asks him to swear upon the memory of Coyote Starrk. While Grimmjow does not understand, Shunsui is impressed that Harribel caught on to their mutual respect, and his words to the Espada that during war, both sides are in the wrong. Shunsui does what she requests, but still remains adamant that he cannot decide in Ichigo's place. [18] Harribel appears as a playable character in Bleach: Heat the Soul 6 without her Resurrección. Though I didn’t specifically depict it within the story, based on the setup, I feel he would be studying English literature.However, Tokinada easily sees through the excuse and lets Suì-Fēng know that he is aware that Shunsui wants to stall him as much as possible. When Suì-Fēng plays ignorant, Tokinada tries to provoke her by mentioning her brothers that died in his family's service. When that fails, Tokinada brings up her loyalty to the Shihōin clan, by suggesting taking Yoruichi Shihōin as his wife. Before Suì-Fēng loses her composure, Yoruichi herself appears and mentions she would rather flee to Hueco Mundo and die there than stay married to him. [12] Eventually, Seinosuke asks why Shunsui came to visit him, and the Shinigami reveals that he wants Seinoskue to tell him everything he knows about Hikone Ubuginu. While Seinosuke says that he cannot divulge such private information, Shunsui says that he can if his patient's life is at stake. Adding to this, Shunsui reveals that he knows Hikone is not actually part of the Ubuginu family, who were a bloodline of retainers to the Tsuyanashiro family that died out some time ago. [16] As Seinosuke recalls, despite his best efforts all he could manage was for Hikone to live, nothing else. The child was unable to speak or move in any way. That is, until Tokinada acquired something that that could not only stabilize Hikone, but serve as the very core of its being: the brain of Gremmy Thoumeaux.
