About this deal

Mango Rum – Fresh fruity flavour carries strong mango notes with delicate hints of citrus, vanilla, and elderflower. Think truffles with champagne, gin, rum, and mulled wine – plus classics such as salted caramel and even a few non-alcohol-but-Christmassy bites such as a Christmas mess, starry hazelnut supernova, and a tree-shaped 70% spruce.

We won't be covering (most of the) plant identification: the game mostly tells you which Plant give to who, so it's redundant to go over those. Inside, our pink cracker contained 5cl of strawberry and pink pepper Edinburgh gin; while the black had a rather more unusual Edgerton blue spice gin. It seems a certain Amos Duncan was attacked while on the city of Gosforth and went to the forest south of it to rest up and heal. These aren’t necessarily as sexy or luxe as some on the list, but as crackers go, we have no complaints, and they’ll bring a smile to the face of any gin drinker. Then comes the Ankle Grabber, the Binder' - 'Ankle Grabber' and 'Binder' are names given to the Swiftsnare Plant. Not only that, they include a different flavoured vodka in each cracker, including apple, orange, blackcurrant and strawberry, for real variety.

Handcrafted in Cornwall with unique flavour combinations and a passion for challenging convention, Dead Man’s Fingers Rums pack big taste into their mini 50ml bottles. There are, though, some cases in which you aren't told a plant's name, which we will be covering over here. Each cracker conceals a matching Whitley Neill Gin, from more unusual flavours such as blackberry, rhubarb and ginger, and blood orange to favourites such as blackberry, pink grapefruit, and a classic London Dry. Yet, guests shouldn’t feel too shortchanged; other treats include Harvey Nichols damson jam, a branded champagne stopper, and posh mints; plus a slinky and vintage-style whistle for the kids. With that identified, grab the 'Long Meg' note and go three squares south, two east to end up on coordinates D27.Between them, two stems with flowers that lead into composite flowers - that is, large inflorescences (lavender-looking, except in colour) made up of smaller, four-petal flowers.

While we were especially taken with the striking design of the Harvey Nichols go crackers, and loved the satisfying, chocolatey variety of the massive Hotel Chocolat offering, our favourite had to be the Raisthorpe Manor selection, for the sheer sassy audacity of including six huge, colourful leopard-print crackers in one pack, and the fact that it didn’t skimp on alcohol while also including the classic paper hats and bad jokes. AGE RESTRICTED ITEM: Please note we are not permitted to sell alcohol to any person under the age of 18 under the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (as amended). On this Day, you'll also be visited by Amos Duncan, who has some notes your deceased uncle left behind. Pineapple Rum – Like sunshine in a bottle, with a deep fusion of roasted and caramelised pineapple and warming undertones of cinnamon and ginger. Once opened, you'll uncover two things: first, a note telling you to 'Follow the Duddon tributary to its source'; plus some weird instructions noted on the back of the box.

Let's try and go look for it ourselves: given the directions we've got, our destination should be on coordinates K19. Easily one of the more sophisticated cracker packs we tested, these come wrapped with flair, with a black, silver and white design. Dranthium can be found on a hidden location in your map, discoverable through the strange device (just like with Elderphinium).

Luckily, she has jolted down his current location on a scrap of paper we'll gain after delivering the Common Trouse. Coffee Rum – Perfect for coffee lovers, this spirit holds rich depths of earthy arabica beans, bitter espresso, and a hint of creamy chocolate.
